I'm Chef Janese Boston, founder of Living Proof Chef Service. For more than 12 years, I've built my career around food, hospitality, and creating experiences that make people feel genuinely cared for.
But cooking has never been the whole point.
I believe great private dining is about more than what's on the plate. It's about anticipating the details, creating an atmosphere people want to be in, and giving you the freedom to actually enjoy the people you've invited to your table.
When I come into your home or chosen space, my job is to take care of the food, the service, the kitchen, and everything happening behind the scenes — so you can be present for your own celebration.
